What is the difference between regular clean and deep clean ?Regular Cleaning Explained When you hire professional house cleaners for a “regular cleaning,” this is going to include the things you would do on a weekly basis. A regular clean is designed to help maintain a certain level of cleanliness around your house. When you invest in a regular clean (which will be what you typically receive) the home cleaner will do some of the following things: • Vacuuming and mopping your floors • Tidying up the house • Cleaning the bathrooms – toilet, bath, mirror, sink, etc. • Cleaning the kitchen – wiping surfaces, outside of appliances, taking out trash, etc. Deep Cleaning Explained While deep cleaning is more expensive than regular cleaning, it also only needs to be done every six months, or so. A deep cleaning service will remove the deep dirt and grime in your home. It will cover the areas that aren’t typically covered in a regular cleaning service. Some of the services provided when you hire a home cleaning service for a deep clean include: • Remove scale and soap scum from shower heads, taps, kitchen tiles, bathroom tiles, etc. • Clean behind appliances such as the oven, washing machine and cut through the grime that often builds up • Deep and complete dusting including the baseboards and doors in all rooms • Washing the home’s interior windows • Cleaning patio doors and window frames • Cleaning the interior of the oven and glass door

Do I need to provider my own cleaning supplies and equipment?With A Mother's Touch our goal is to provide each client with non-toxic cleaning solutions. Majority of our products are homemade and provided by us for each session and client. While we like for all of our clinets to use our non-toxic product life style we can accomindate by usiing whatever solutions you choose to provide.

How much do your services cost?Our team works to cordinate a customized cleaning plan with each client to best fit their needs. Our prices depend on the the current cleaniness of your space, size and what areas you would like cleaned. Each client will get a free consutation before cleaning plans are established and sessions begin.

What do I need to do before A Mother's Touch arrives?To ensure maximium effeciency we ask that you pick up any toys or clothes before we arrive. We also ask that if you have a pet please find a comfotable place for them away all the cleaning areas. We ensure your belongings will be safe while services are being rendered.

What is A Mother's Touch cancelation policy?In the event thr Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment a twenty-four (24) hour notice is required. Notice may be given via phone (SMS or Text). Should Client fail to give twenty-four (24) hour notice, Client must pay 30% ($27.00) of the service fee for the canceled cleaning.

Payments Accepted
Acceptable methods of payment are cash, check, PayPal or Cash app. Failure to pay for services (2) consecutive weeks may result in immediate termination by the Contractor.
Cancellation Policy

In the event Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment a twenty-four (24) hour notice is required. Notice may be given via phone (SMS or Text). Should Client fail to give twenty-four (24) hour notice, Client must pay 30% of the service fee for the canceled cleaning.

In the event Contractor needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment giving a twenty-four (24) hour notice services will be rescheduled for a different day agreed upon between the client and the contractor within the same week.

In the event Contractor needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment without a twenty-four (24) hour notice service fee will be discounted 10% per service day and rescheduled for a different day agreed upon between the client and the contractor.
